To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Period: Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Condition of Items: The items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Perishable goods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy products are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective or spoiled at the time of purchase.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat)
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened or damaged goods unless due to manufacturing defects
- Gift cards
If a product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase, you may request a refund or exchange. You must notify us within 24 hours of discovering the issue, and the item must be returned in its original condition. We will inspect the item and offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit based on the situation.
- In-Store Purchases: Refunds for in-store purchases can be processed directly at Ayat Markt. Please bring the item and your receipt to our customer service desk.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment (e.g., cash or credit card). For credit card payments, refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, such as for opened or partially used products (excluding perishables), we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
